No, there are no hidden charges or fees required when you make any Service Repair via 1CARE Global. However, if your Service Contract with 1CARE Global has expired; you may need to pay the full repair cost to the appointed service/collection centre.

If your Product Service Contract is in effect and the repair cost exceeds the total value of your Product, you will be notified of the costs incurred for the repair or replacement and we will seek your approval before commencing on the repair or replacement.
