During your purchase of your Exclusive Product, registration of your Premium Smart Care would have been carried out. In the event if you have did not register your product at the point of purchase, kindly log on to our web-portal at to have your Premium Smart Care registered.

Upon successful registration, you will receive an e-mail from the 1CARE Global administrators. This is an acknowledgement e-mail from 1CARE Global only

Due to security reasons, our administrator will validate and activate your Membership by the next working day. You will then receive a 2nd e-mail confirmation with the details of your 1CARE Global Membership with our certification. Please print or save a copy of this certification for Service Repair purposes.
