No, there are no hidden charges or fees required when you file any Service Repair via 1CARE Global. However, if the Service Contract for Premium Smart Care has expired; you may need to pay the full repair cost to the appointed service/collection centre.

In the event if your Premium Smart Care Service Contract is in effect and the repair cost exceeds the total value of your Exclusive Product, you will be notified of the costs incurred for the repair and/or replacement and will seek your approval before commencing on the repair and/or replacement.
