Can I send the damaged Product to my own repair centre to have the repair done and reimburse the fees from 1CARE Global?

No. You must send your Product to 1CARE Global appointed collection/service centre after logging in your Service Repair via 1CARE Global Toll Free hotline.

Please take note that your manufacturer’s warranty will be void if there are any repairs or replacements done to your Product by non-authorised repairers (either by third party or self-repair). In addition, 1CARE Global will not entertain or process any Service Repair that is not authorised by 1CARE Global or in line with standard procedure.
